Shipping & Delivery
Where do we ship?
We currently ship within the Netherlands only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Can I track my order?

What if something arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, just email us at info@inoriatelier.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Payment
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept all major payment options, including card payment, Apple Pay & Google Pay, Shopify Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Just email us at info@inoriatelier.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
