Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved by our team before being shipped back. Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, tea, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (e.g. cosmetics or wellness products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.
As with standard returns, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
